Meet Mila – the sweetest little survivor looking for her forever home.
Mila is a beautiful 7-month-old rescue girl who is ready to find the loving family she truly deserves.
She’s incredibly friendly, playful and affectionate, and absolutely adores attention. Her favourite thing? Belly rubs! She’s an active young cat who would love a home with a safe garden or outdoor space to explore.
✅ Great with children
✅ Could live with another cat
✅ Loves cuddles and human company
✅ Needs access to a garden/outdoor space
Mila hasn’t had the easiest start in life. We were told her previous owner neglected. Thankfully, caring neighbours stepped in and got her to safety before asking Protected Paws to help find her a proper forever home.
Despite everything, Mila is full of love, trust and joy. She deserves a family who will cherish her forever.

With his striking blue eyes, cloud-soft ragdoll coat and magnificent fluffy tail, Loco is impossible to ignore. But it's his gentle nature that will really win you over.
Loco isn't the sort of cat who'll march into a new home like he owns the place. He's thoughtful. He likes to take everything in before deciding it's safe. Give him that little bit of time, and you'll watch something rather special happen.
As his confidence grows, so does his affection. He'll greet you with sweet little chats, lean into chin rubs, enjoy long strokes and happily settle down for a brushing session (his luxurious coat certainly appreciates it!). He's not currently a lap cat, but he loves being close to his people and sharing quiet moments together.
A cat tree is one of his favourite places to be. Whether he's climbing to the highest platform to supervise the room or giving the scratching posts a good workout, he's perfectly content entertaining himself before returning for another fuss.
Loco came into our care as a stray, yet he's beautifully house-trained and has clearly known the comforts of a loving home. Now he's hoping to find one again—this time forever.
Loco is looking for:
🎾 A calm, quiet household
🎾 Access to a garden once he's fully settled
🎾 Patient adopters who'll let him settle at his own pace
🎾 His compatibility with other cats and dogs is currently unknown so we would prefer a single animal household
📍 In foster in SW14
The greatest privilege isn't having a cat who loves everyone. It's being the person a cat like Loco chooses to trust.
All Protected Paws cats are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped before adoption.
Please note: Loco is a ragdoll cross so Exotic adoption fees apply.
Sometimes the right home isn't about finding anyone... it's about finding your person.
Meet beautiful Callie, just one year old, and a girl who has so much love to give.
When Callie trusts you, she'll make sure you know it. She'll curl up beside you on the sofa, sleep next to you in bed, and if she decides she's due some attention, she'll happily stroll straight across you for the head scratches she absolutely adores. She's affectionate without being demanding, endlessly sweet, and has a wonderfully playful side too. Give her a ball of string and she'll happily entertain herself (and you!) for hours.
Callie's story hasn't been an easy one. She was found alone after recently losing her kittens, and despite everything she'd been through, she never lost her love for people. She blossomed in foster care, gaining weight, confidence and finally learning what it feels like to be safe.
What we've also learned is that Callie simply wants her humans all to herself.
After months of careful introductions, it became clear that living with other animals leaves her feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Around people she is gentle, affectionate and loving. Around other pets, she struggles. We think she's finally decided she's never going to compete for love again. So we're looking for a home where she never has to.
If you're looking for one loyal little shadow who will follow you around the house, keep you company while you make a cup of tea, curl up beside you in the evenings and remind you every day just how special cats can be, Callie might just be your perfect match.
A few things to know: * Around 1 year old • Must be the only pet • OK with children • Needs a garden • Loves head scratches and sleeping close to her people • Playful, affectionate and full of character
Callie has waited long enough. Now she just needs someone who'll choose her.

Meet Dora - the purrfect family cat!
At around 12–18 months old, Dora doesn’t have a mean bone in her furry body which makes her story all the more heartbreaking. This gentle girl was sadly stuffed into a plastic bag on a hot day and abandoned on the London Underground, along with her babies.
Shes a little skinny right now, but with good food and plenty of love, plus some treats, she is blossoming every single day!
Dora absolutely loves people! She can be a little shy at first, but once you gain her trust, she is completely devoted to her humans.
She draws all her confidence from her human companions. She is always looking for a friendly hand to head bump and soak up all the pets. She loves staying active and her absolute favorites are wand toys and her beloved catnip banana.
After she finishes her play sessions and receives all her pets, she loves nothing more than getting cozy and drifting off to sleep right by your side.
Dora is highly treat-motivated and has an amazing appetite, which is helping her gain that healthy weight.
Dora will need:
🎾 Garden/outside access
🎾 Fine with other cats
🎾 Fine with children who understand she needs little time when first meeting you
🎾 Treats, banana catnip and wand toys…in that order 😃
Dora has the most expressive little face and is super easy to handle. Whoever opens their heart to this resilient girl will be getting a friend for life.
📍Dora is currently with her foster in Shepherd’s Bush
Meet Panther and Peanut – two irresistible brothers born at the end of April who are looking for a home together.
Panther, the sleek little black panther of the pair, is slightly braver and usually the first to investigate anything new. Peanut, with his tabby and white coat, is never far behind. Together they're a bundle of confidence, curiosity and chaos in the very best way.
Their days are filled with feather wands, toy balls, zoomies around the house and wrestling matches with each other (and their four brothers!). When they've finally worn themselves out, they're more than happy to soak up some gentle fuss and strokes.
Why have one kitten when you can have a ready-made best friend for life? They'll help each other settle, keep each other company while you're out, and provide endless entertainment along the way.
Panther and Peanut are looking for:
🎾 A home together
🎾 A safe garden to explore once they're old enough
🎾 A home with other cat-friendly pets if you have them
🎾 Cat-savvy children are welcome
📍 In foster in Balham/Tooting (SW17)
Available to collect from 17th July.

Three little boys. Three completely different personalities. One thing they all have in common? They are going to make someone incredibly happy.
Meet Giles, Oz and Spike – three gorgeous brothers who are now ready to find their forever homes.
These boys can be adopted as a trio, as a pair, or individually. If you're hoping to adopt just one kitten, they'll need to join a home with another cat-friendly pet to keep them company.
Oz is the whirlwind of the family. If he's awake, he's either hunting, wrestling, climbing or searching for his next meal. Sitting still simply isn't on his agenda unless food is involved!
Giles is the clever, confident explorer. He was always the first to venture away from the nest, the first to investigate something new, and he's the one most likely to curl up on your lap when playtime is over.
Spike is everyone's best friend. He purrs at the slightest bit of attention and is happiest when he's being fussed over. Sweet, affectionate and wonderfully content.
Together they're playful, friendly, full of mischief and completely adorable. They love chasing fluffy balls and cat springs, have somehow decided their mum should continue nursing them forever, regularly steal their uncles' dinner, have mastered using the robot litter tray, and at night they're convinced that sleeping in their human's bed is exactly where they belong.
These boys are ready to go home now and can't wait to start their next adventure.
✔️ Male kittens
✔️ Ready for collection now
✔️ Can be adopted as a trio, pair or individually
✔️ Single kittens must join a home with another cat-friendly pet

Sol... what a hunk! 😍
This handsome young man, approximately 2 years old, was handed into a vet as a stray after making quite the name for himself! He'd been visiting lots of people and quickly became a well-known local character. As much as everyone loved him, they knew he deserved a forever home, and that's how he found himself at Protected Paws.
As if he's not already the best-looking cat ever, giving serious Magic Mike vibes in the cat world, he's also got the personality to match. Sol could talk his way into anyone's bed... especially if it has cushions and soft throws (please take note! 😉).
Can you offer this model the loving home he deserves? Sol tried Tinder, but he got so many right swipes that he was banned for being a catfish... despite being a real cat who genuinely enjoys fish! (He's definitely more of a caviar kind of boy. 🐟✨)

Get ready to meet Mr Violet & Sprout! 8 week old bonded brothers who must be rehomed as a pair.
They are both very confident kittens with outgoing personalities. Sprout is a big cuddler who will jump on your lap the first chance he gets.
Mr Violet takes a more considered approach, before getting FOMO and joining Sprout 😃 A comfy lap is a must for these boys.
They both love playing with little toys, kicking them around and chasing each other, until they get so tired, they both fall asleep, naturally side by side.
Mr Violet may have been the smallest of the litter but he is the champion of wand chasing competitions and of seeking out cardboard boxes. to claim as his own.
These adorable little furries will need:
✅ Garden/outside access
✅ Fine with children
✅ Fine with other cats
✅ At least one lap for cuddles
These boys are full of personality and will bring joy to any home! As they are a little young at the moment, they will be available to adopt from 5th July.
📍Mr Violet & Sprout are with their foster in Bermondsey
Bonnie and Clyde!
This beautiful male and female pair came to us separately but found a special bond in our care.
Bonnie was dumped at a vet's, and Clyde was dumped at Kerry's. One person's trash is another person's treasure! They took one look at each other and thought, "You are my person!"
Bonnie is the more confident of the two, always bossing her way through life fearless, funny, and full of personality.
Clyde spends a lot of his time saying, "Bonnie, no..." while inevitably being led into mayhem alongside her.
These two beautiful kittens had a tough start, but now they have each other, and their future is looking bright.
In foster in East London.
Can you take on this mischievous pair? Well... Bonnie is definitely the capital M in Mischief!
Phillipa and Grayson
OH, WE NEVER THOUGHT THIS DAY WOULD COME – THEY’RE FINALLY READY FOR A HOME! ❤️
Grayson came into our care three months ago, practically dead. With a lot of love, patience, nursing, and round-the-clock medication, Grayson chose life.
Then came his sister from another mister, little Phillipa. She came into our care after being severely attacked by another cat, with wounds and holes here, there, and everywhere. She also needed lots of nursing and headed to Kerry’s for recovery. She and Grayson hit it off immediately and have been brother and sister ever since – and always will be.
They were then taken into foster by the lovely Mia, who has cared for them ever since.
They are now looking for a loving home together, with garden access. Children and other pets are also welcome.
These two little survivors are patients we are so incredibly proud of – we can’t put it into words. Whoever adopts them will be extremely lucky humans!

RETIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT: MAY IS READY TO MINGLE!
🎶 It’s gonna be… May! (cue the JT vocals)
At just 1 year old, May has officially announced her retirement from motherhood. She’s raised her babies, done her time, and is 100% ready to live her best carefree life!
May is a leggy, exquisite, super-expressive girl who is naturally slim and packed with personality. Since she had a tough start and had to grow up way too fast, she’s actually learning how to play for the very first time right now 🥺
She loves a good lap to claim as her own and will greet every visitor like they popped over, just to see her. And of course, she’s right!
May will need:
✅ Outside/garden access
✅ Is fine with other cats however she would need to be fed separately as we think she was starved and therefore she can compete for food. She is also ok to be the only cat.
✅ Fine with cat savvy kids
If you’re looking for an inquisitive, alert, and deeply affectionate companion to spoil rotten, May is your girl.

Amara – a beautiful name to match a stunning queen
Amara came into our care a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, her owner passed away, leaving behind a house full of cats that the family refused to help care for.
Our team rushed to their aid late at night, filling the car with a mum and her kittens, several other adult cats, and this little girl. None of them were quite sure whether we could be trusted, and all of the cats were in terrible condition.
Rina, our kind fosterer, opened her door late that evening to take in this pretty lady, and neither of them has regretted it.
Amara is a sweet little lady, and we think she could settle well into most homes. She is approximately 4 years old and is nothing but kind. She is so grateful to be out of her previous home and finally receiving the love and care she deserves.
Amara is looking for a wonderful family who will care for her the way she always should have been cared for.
Could you promise her a lifetime of love?
Currently in foster in Sunbury-on-Thames.
Meet 1 year old Mojito - a little fluffball with the biggest whiskers in town!
Her foster wanted to write her post, so we’ll hand over to her 😊
At first, she's a shy girl who likes to take her time getting to know new people. But once you've earned her trust, you'll discover a delightfully dinky, chatty companion who loves nothing more than a good conversation, plenty of gentle strokes, and playing with her toy mice. She’ll appreciate a cozy space while she settles in and then it won’t be long before she’s ready to explore.
She's blessed with the softest fur imaginable, a gloriously fluffy tail that deserves its own fan club, and whiskers so long they practically arrive in a room before she does. When she's feeling comfortable, her sweet personality shines through as she follows you around, sharing her thoughts in adorable little chirps and meows.
Mojito will need:
✅ Garden/outdoor access
✅ Ok with older children or adult only
✅ Calm household to suit her gentle disposition
✅ Would suit being the only pet of the house
If you're looking for a peaceful soul who blossoms into a loving, affectionate friend, this fluffy little lady might just be your perfect match.
📍Mojito is with her foster in Clapham
When we think of a Patrick, we think of someone confident, funny, who loves a pint (or in his case, a bit of the old catnip), and is the life and soul of the party. That's exactly who this Patrick is!
Patrick likes other cats and needs outdoor access. He's fine with children who understand cat boundaries (he does gentle little nips when he's had enough fuss). He's not really a lap cat, but he does enjoy being picked up and held. Hes approx two years old.
He absolutely loves playtime, so he needs a home with someone who'll actively engage with him. In return, he'll make sure the next round is on him!
Patrick was brought into the vets as a stray, but no one ever came to claim him. The only reason we can think of is that he completely overpowered everyone with his charm and stole all the limelight.
Can you offer Patrick a life where every day is a party and he's celebrated simply for being himself? We promise lots of laughter and probably quite a few "Oh, Patrick..." moments along the way!

Béchamel – the cat nobody wants because she voices her opinion
Béchamel is a beautiful 5-year-old female deaf Turkish Angora. She was brought over from a rescue in Romania to be rehomed here, but unfortunately, due to her chatty nature, she has ended up homeless – but definitely not voiceless.
Being deaf, this little lady isn't aware that her meows are a little high-pitched, and that disability is causing people to scroll right past her. Béchamel is funny, sweet, inquisitive, and just wants to scream at the top of her lungs that she loves you. Sadly, everyone seems to want to hit the mute button instead.
There have been suggestions that she might be best suited to a deaf owner, but we know that would greatly reduce her chances of finding a home. As she cannot hear, Béchamel would be safest in an indoor-only home or one with a secure catio. We think she would thrive in an active household full of fun, enrichment, and playtime, because that's what she wants and deserves.
We feel it is incredibly unfair that Béchamel has ended up in rescue twice in her short life. More than anything, we want her to find her forever home – somewhere she can finally settle, sing all day long, and maybe even have someone who'll sing along with her.
Could that home be yours?
Please help us find Béchamel the loving, happy family she deserves.
Linda & Louise, Louise & Linda.. What can we say about these two, except that we are super envious of whoever gets to take these lovely girls home. They are the most energetic, affectionate, hilarious little kittens.
Louise is always first to the dinner table when it’s mealtime, while Linda starts purring as soon as you walk through the door. Together, they play, groom each other, and are truly a bonded pair.
Linda’s love language is physical touch. This girl needs to sleep on you, next to you, or near you to fall asleep. She’s always up for pets, and her purrs can go on for hours.
Louise is high-energy, specialist in WWE moves, and a dedicated night-shift biscuit maker. She squeaks as soon as you walk through the door or whenever she wants pets. Rest assured, she’ll make it known what she wants.
They are 12 weeks old and need to be homed together as a bonded pair. They will need a garden, and are ok with children.
These two are full of personality and love, and they’ll bring so much joy to their future home.

Meet Jelly & Bean!
These gorgeous little boys are 7–8 weeks old and full of confidence, fun, and cuddles.
They love kicking a ball around together — perfect timing for the World Cup! 🏆 And when they’re not practising their football skills, they spend hours climbing their cat tree like two tiny monkeys.
Jelly has very much taken on the big brother role, always following little Bean around and making sure he’s okay wherever he goes. Bean, meanwhile, is perfectly happy being carried around in a baby sling 😂
Both boys are:
✔️Friendly and confident
✔️Great with children
✔️Looking for a home with a garden

Dinah’s Time Has Come
Some cats spend their lives being loved. Others spend their lives giving love away.
Dinah is one of the latter.
At the end of March, this tiny, heavily pregnant girl was surrendered to us in Hounslow. We were told she was a stray, but somehow that never quite rang true. Whatever her past, it was clear that when she needed people most, she found herself alone.
We named her after actress Dinah Sheridan, because the house we collected her from was practically in the railway station car park. It seemed fitting about to begin a whole new journey.
Dinah gave birth to six absolutely enormous kittens. Five of them look nothing like her, leaving us all with some questions that only Dinah knows the answers to!
Despite looking so young herself, she turned out to be the most wonderful mother. Calm, patient, gentle and completely devoted to her babies. She has worked tirelessly to raise them, and as their astonishing weights continue to surprise the PP team, it’s clear she has done an incredible job.
But now...
Now Dinah is ready to close her milk bar for good.
She is ready to stop being everyone else's provider and start being someone's cherished pet.
Dinah is an absolute delight. She is affectionate beyond words, constantly chatting away, and would happily spend her days curled up on a lap. She adores being picked up and carried around, gets on well with children, is fine with other cats, and now that her kittens are becoming independent, she's rediscovering the simple joy of chasing a feather toy across the room.
She has given so much of herself.
Now it's her turn.
Somewhere out there is a family who don't yet know that the perfect cat is waiting for them. A family who will treasure her, spoil her, and make sure she never has to fend for herself again.
We think Dinah is going to make some children very, very happy, or maybe a feline friend or two? We have not dog tested her but she is very relaxed.
Could that family be yours?

Meet our ✨Star✨ — named for being an absolute superstar mum to her babies. From the moment she arrived with her 1-day-old kittens, she’s trusted us completely and shown nothing but love.
We don’t know much about her past. She was handed into a vet just before giving birth, underweight, covered in fleas, and barely more than a baby herself. Despite everything she’s been through, she’s the sweetest little soul who just wants love, cuddles, and attention.
Star has been the most devoted mamma to her five babies — always answering their cries, cleaning them, and even now still giving the occasional feed at 8 weeks old (even though her babies are almost as big as she is now 😆).
She’s slowly gaining weight, and we can’t wait for her to finally focus all her energy on herself.
This girl deserves to be adored. Once she’s comfortable, she’ll curl up on your lap, climb onto your shoulders for cuddles, and even try to join your Teams calls. She’s playful, chatty, full of zoomies, and very interested in whatever’s on your plate… so don’t leave food unattended!
Our Star simply wants to be someone’s baby — loved, spoiled, and cherished for the rest of her life
Loves: kisses, cuddles, attention, chats, and stealing food from your plate
Dislikes: being ignored and strong smells on your hands
Star will need a home with a safe garden. She is fine with children and could be ok with other pets as long as introductions are patient.
📍Star is in foster in Croydon.
All animals microchipped, neutered, flead, vaccinated and wormed.
A sister is someone who walks beside you through every season of life, sharing your joys, easing your sorrows, and reminding you where you belong. Belle and Aurora have shared every chapter of their lives together, and now they're looking for a home where they can continue their story side by side.
Belle and Aurora were just kittens themselves when their owners closed the door on them and locked them outside. Life was tough, but they had each other. Side by side, they faced every challenge that came their way.
Both girls fell pregnant and struggled to survive on the streets, hunting for every meal. No matter how hungry they were, they always shared what little food they found. Every meal was split equally between them.
As their bellies grew heavy with kittens, so did their fears. Hormones made them protective as they prepared to raise families in a cold, dark, and uncertain world. Yet the love they shared made everything a little easier. As long as they had each other, nothing seemed quite so overwhelming.
Then Protected Paws arrived.
The traps were set, and although they were wary of walking into them, they did it together. When the trap doors slammed shut, they didn't panic. Once again, they stood side by side.
Foster care was frightening at first. The world was suddenly full of new sights, smells, and sounds. But through it all, they found comfort in each other, huddled together and hiding side by side.
When labour began, kitten after kitten arrived. No one was even sure which kittens belonged to which mother biologically, but it didn't matter. These babies had two fiercely devoted mums to love and protect them. As their little family blended together, Belle and Aurora raised every kitten as one, always side by side.
Now Belle and Aurora have raised their young into the most beautiful, confident kittens, and it's finally their turn to rest. Their turn to find a home. Their turn to begin the next and final chapter of their story.
We ask that you help make that dream come true by applying to adopt this bonded pair, so they can spend the rest of their lives exactly as they always have been
Side by side.

Meet Dudley ❤️
Dudley may not fit the stereotypical profile of the “handsome, fluffy cat” that people scroll past and instantly fall in love with - we know that. But what Dudley is, is kind, gentle, forgiving, and full of love despite everything he’s been through.
Dudley is around 9 years old, and the condition he came to us in was nothing short of heartbreaking. His beautiful tabby fur was stained with blood and filth from the life he had been surviving on the streets. His body carried scars from countless fights caused by being unneutered and left to fend for himself. Simply looking at Dudley tells the story of a life that certainly didn’t begin happily.
But we are determined to make sure he gets the happy ending he deserves.
Despite everything, Dudley has the sweetest soul. He is cat friendly and quickly made friends with the resident Protected Paws cats. He has such a calm, gentle nature and has slowly learned to trust and feel safe.
Dudley is looking for a home with:
✅ An enclosed garden
✅ Other friendly cats if possible
✅ Older children would be fine
One thing we do need to mention is that Dudley is FIV positive. He is fine to live with other cats who do not have FIV (as you can see from his photos) and the virus does not transmit to humans.
We know that for some people this may make them overlook him, but every animal deserves love, safety, and a family of their own.
He’s just a boy standing in front of an adopter, asking them to love him 🥺❤️
If you think you could offer Dudley the forever home he’s waited so long for, please complete an adoption application form.
📍Dudley is currently with his foster in St Margarets
